minecraft/versions open the folder for the version of minecraft your plugin supports, open the jar file with a program like winrar, and copy the assets folder into the default texture pack folder you just created. I have edited the bubbles, arrows (so you can see if you shoot them with a bow) and a few other things (i forgot :P).It turns these things to bright red squares, so it is easy to spot them.
